M. Davina Kirschenbaum, MD, joined St. Lucie Eye Associates in 2026. A board-certified ophthalmologist, she is fellowship-trained in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery. Dr. Kirschenbaum specializes in advanced cataract surgery, laser vision correction and corneal disease.
Dr. Kirschenbaum earned her medical degree from New York Medical College, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her internship at Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver and her ophthalmology residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC.
Following residency, Dr. Kirschenbaum pursued an advanced fellowship at the John A. Moran Eye Center, one of the top-ranked eye hospitals in the world. Throughout her training, she received numerous awards for her research on complex corneal disease. She is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and spending time with her two daughters.
